Storytelling That Makes a Difference.

August 26, 2025

On the 20th of June 2025, we’re were, and still are, over the moon to have been named Best Small Business at the Chichester and Bognor Regis Business Awards, and it’s all thanks to a project that’s especially close to our hearts.

The award recognised our work with Stonepillow, a Chichester-based homelessness charity, on their winter campaign. In just one day of filming, we produced a short but powerful story following an individual living a seemingly ordinary life, while quietly hiding that she was homeless. The aim was simple – to shine a light on the hidden struggles so many face, and the incredible work Stonepillow does to help them.

The campaign struck a chord, helping Stonepillow raise well over £75,000 to continue their vital support for people experiencing homelessness.

Not only has the film made an impact locally, but it had also been shortlisted for the Smiley Charity Film Awards, a national competition celebrating the most inspiring cause-based films from across the UK.

“We’re thrilled that our work has supported Stonepillow – a small charity doing extraordinary things – and helped them gain recognition not just in Chichester, but across the country,” says Ranald Lloyd-Williams, Director of Feel Good Films - Full Service Film & Video Production. “As we grow into new markets and international projects, we’ll always stay true to our roots and continue supporting local causes.”

At Feel Good Films, our passion lies in creating stories that move people, and drive real-world change. This is just one example of our commitment to charitable causes.

We’ve worked with the THE SUSSEX SNOWDROP TRUST, producing a heartfelt campaign sharing the stories of the families they support. Ranald will be running his second London Marathon next year in aid of the charity.

We’ve also teamed up with West Midlands Growth Company for their Warm Welcome campaign, an initiative to help hospitality businesses create more inclusive environments for people with disabilities and accessibility needs.

“We’re massively community-focused,” Ranald adds. “We love working on projects that not only make us feel good, but help others feel good too. That’s why we’ll always champion charities and organisations that make a real difference.”

This award is more than recognition, it’s a reminder of why we do what we do. Great stories can spark change, and we’re committed to telling them, one film at a time.
