Each filming day is shaped around your school’s priorities and could focus on:

Filming days can work individually or be combined across the term, for example, using one day for interviews and another to capture the supporting footage that brings a feature story to life. The final content mix is planned with your team each term and reflects your chosen Evergreen package.

Prices exclude VAT. Travel and, where required, accommodation expenses are charged separately and agreed in advance based on your school’s location.

No. Evergreen provides a steady stream of content for your regular marketing and communications.
Flagship brand films and major campaigns require a more extensive creative and production process, so these are developed and quoted separately.
Yes. Additional filming, photography, crew and specialist production can be added when required.
Yes. Evergreen can create concise event highlights and social content from open days, performances, sport and celebrations.
Multi-camera coverage, live streaming and larger event productions are scoped separately.
Each filming day can create up to eight 15–30-second edits. The final number depends on the ambition of the Featured Story and the material captured. We agree the intended output before each visit.
